In order to list your property, you must be a member. Membership is free and easy to setup. You choose your own username and password which will be emailed to you for your records. Please make note of this. You can then log-in to our members area and view your listings, purchases and other communications with us.
After signing as a member, we have two listing options available for you to choose from:
Option 1 - Do It Yourselfer's Listing Package $397.00+GST
includes:
- full listing on Rent2Buy Nationwide website
- full listing on Trade Me

Option 2 - Rent2Buy Full Service Package $970.00+GST
includes:
- full listing on Rent2Buy Nationwide website
- full listing on Trade Me
- Rent2Buy Nationwide completing the rent2buy service on your property.
There are no charges other than the listing fee unless we successfully complete your rent2buy service.
The rent2buy service includes matching your property with our current tenant buyer database if applicable. Also included are signage and rent2buy contracts for your listed property and generic advertising within your area. Our specialists will negotiate with the tenant buyer and yourself to ensure a smooth process. In order to use this service, you will need to sign an engagement form in addition to listing your property. Rent2Buy agreement only payable on successful completion of service.
